• Deposits are non-refundable. A reservation is not guaranteed without a deposit. Checks will only be accepted up to 14 days prior to service. Credit Card payment must be called in 24 hours before the date of service. Cash will be the only acceptable form of payment on the day of service. Checks and Credit Cards cannot be accepted for payment at time of pick up.
  
  
• If charter runs over the scheduled end time and additional charge will be assessed and is due at the beginning of the additional time needed. One Limo’s Inc. cannot guarantee any additional time that has not been prescheduled. Additional time is fifteen minutes past the scheduled drop off time.
  
  
• This is a NON-SMOKING vehicle. If smoking occurs, service will be terminated and no refund will be issued. A $300 fee, payable upon request, will be charged for steam cleaning of the vehicle.
  
  
• The client will be charged for any damages that are caused by him/her and /or their guests. This also includes any loss of business because of down time for repairs.
  
  
• Sickness or excessive spills or stains may result in a $300 cleaning fee. $35 fee for any broken or missing glassware.
  
  
• The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service, with possible criminal prosecution, with no refund given. The use of or possession of alcohol is strictly prohibited by any passenger under the age of 21, service will the terminated, and no refund will be issued. Proof of age must be presented to the chauffeur upon request.
  Clients and their guest agree to maintain acceptable personal conduct at all times. Passengers will allow the chauffeur to open and close all doors at all times, to ensure the safety of all passengers and the vehicle.
  
  
• IN THE EVENT OF ANY VIOLATION OF THE CONTRACT or any other circumstances that threaten the safety of the vehicle, passengers, other drivers or chauffeur, service may be terminated. The chauffeur may request that one, or all of the passengers, exit the limousine without consideration of financial compensation or refund.
  
  
• The SUNROOF is an EMERGENCY EXIT ONLY. A fee will be charged if the seal is broken. We have a no food policy unless other arrangement s have been made. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE SEATED AT ALL TIMES.
